This area is mainly used for adding chemicals, with a preference for alkaline substances. Currently, metering pumps made by Milrod are being used; they are expensive and tend to break down frequently. Repair kits have to be purchased as complete sets, and it’s not possible to buy individual components... It would be better if domestic alternatives were available, allowing for the purchase of individual parts so that replacements can be made easily even if the usage period is short. Any recommendations would be appreciated, thank you!
The quality of domestic products is not very good, and they break down frequently
With such a high frequency of damage, hasn’t it been considered whether the wrong model was chosen? Imported ones generally don’t break in three to five years, right...
If Mitonro can’t use that domestic version, then there’s no need to consider it at all; using the domestic version will definitely drive you crazy. I recommend going with Riva
Yeah, could it be that the wrong model was chosen, causing frequent damage? If you’re interested, we can discuss it :)
There are many corrosion-resistant metering pumps, and they tend to break down frequently; the cause must be identified before replacement is possible
Use those from Southern Pump Industry; they have them
Contact me; if it’s for a genuine need and the power requirement is below 0.25 Kw, I can provide you with a pump for free to try out
The domestic Rivva works fine for us; the Depam is also good, and its accessories are cheap
I also think Depam is good; its accessories are inexpensive. If that doesn’t work, take a look at Chongqing metering pumps
