I’ll roughly explain the client’s requirements! I’m not sure if I can explain this clearly. It’s a road drainage project, and now a valve is needed. The requirements are as follows: the valve should be in the open position when the flow rate in the drainage pipe is low, and in the closed position when the flow rate is high (measured at the valve). Is it a multi-functional automatic check valve used in the bypass line at the pump outlet? Valve working principle: When the pump starts operating, the valve bypass is fully open, and all the minimum flow rate required by the pump returns through the valve bypass ; As the main pipeline gradually opens and the valve bypass gradually closes, when the flow rate in the main pipeline exceeds the pump’s minimum flow rate, the valve bypass is completely closed ; As the main pipeline flow decreases to the pump’s minimum flow and even to zero, the valve bypass gradually opens until it is fully open. To achieve automatic control without using electric or pneumatic means – it seems that there really is nothing similar to this.
Automatic control is just a concept; for example, a check valve is what we refer to as automatic control in our terminology! What other hydraulic valves are there?
According to the original poster, the valve should be connected directly to the pipe. No electric control is needed; I’ve never seen a manual valve that can meet these requirements.
