It is a reaction tank with a temperature of 180°C and a pressure of 1.0 MPa. The pressure gauges and pressure sensors used in this equipment cannot be of ordinary types; the typical operating temperature range is -40°C to 70°C. What standards should be followed for selecting such components?
Without specifying the medium properties, no one can make a choice
If the medium temperature exceeds 60°C, a condensation coil needs to be added. Generally, the medium in reaction tanks is corrosive, so diaphragm pressure gauges can be used.

This term “general” is too vague. What constitutes a general model, and why it cannot be used – all of these depend on factors such as the properties of the medium and the operating conditions
180 degrees is quite average; you can add a pressure gauge elbow at the connection point of the pressure gauge (they are widely available on the market), and by attaching another pressure gauge to the valve, you can measure the room temperature.
