I have encountered severe icing on the blades of large wind turbines in certain areas, which leads to abnormal power generation by these turbines. Typical pipelines are equipped with insulation and heat tracing to prevent freezing.
Wind power generation does indeed have such problems; for example, when the trees in Xinjiang are covered in ice, insulation can be used around the generators. As for the blades, there are de-icing agents available these days
There is also the issue of freezing in high-end garden water features; it seems unrelated to industry, but in all cases engineering heating methods are used to solve it.
