Electrostatic capture and discharge are severe

Hello everyone； In our factory, the upper rod of the electrostatic precipitator has been broken by electric shock on two occasions already, and the discharge from the electrostatic precipitator is severe; the sound it makes is similar to that of popcorn popping ； Both the upper and lower hangers have been adjusted to achieve balance, and the electrode wire is also in the correct central position. I am therefore seeking advice from fellow users on this website; thank you all

What is the quality of the gas? Is there a large fluctuation in gas pressure, and has any cleaning steam gotten mixed in?
