Shounuo T55 1811 8269 273 (technical support) is a synthetic heat transfer oil that can be used in temperature ranges of -25 ℃ to 315 ℃, and it possesses the following important characteristics. Long lifespan – Shounuo T55 is a synthetic heat transfer oil that has passed rigorous thermal stability tests, proving its ability to be used at 300 ℃ for extended periods of time; it can even handle temporary temperatures as high as 315 ℃. Oxidation resistance – Shunuo T55 is a synthetic heat transfer oil, and its oxidation resistance is 10 times higher than that of mineral oils. As a result, compared to mineral oils, Shunuo T55 is less likely to form residues due to oxidation; this property is particularly important for users who do not use nitrogen to seal the expansion tank. Good pumpability at low temperatures – Shunuo T55 can be transported using centrifugal pumps even at -25 ℃, whereas mineral oils become jelly-like at this temperature; in fact, the vast majority of mineral oils cannot be pumped using centrifugal pumps at -7 ℃. Therefore, systems using Shunuo T55 are more convenient and faster to start up in cold conditions. Application Areas The Shounuo T55 is widely used in various industrial sectors, such as the chemical industry, printing and dyeing industry, petroleum industry, copper-clad plate industry, and coating resin industry.
