Manufacturing requirements for switch boxes: 1. The rated current of the incoming line switch in a switch box should be 40A, 32A, or 20A. 2. The thickness of the steel plate forming the switch box body shall not be less than 1.2 mm. 3. The material selection for the switch box shall meet the following requirements: a) The component mounting board shall be made of flame-retardant insulating material ； b) The leg material should be made by bending steel plates with a thickness of 3 mm. 4. The main dimensions of the enclosure’s exterior should meet the following requirements: a) Total height of the enclosure: The switch box should not be greater than 500 mm ； b) Cabinet width: The width of the switch cabinet can be 320mm, 360mm, or 400mm ； c) Cabinet depth: The depth of the switch cabinet should not exceed 180 mm ； d) Leg height: The switch box should be 50 mm. 5. The cabinet structure features outdoor weatherproofing measures against rain. 6. The box door should be equipped with a door lock that has a handle, and the lock should have a hole into which a padlock can be inserted. 7. A handle ring made of round steel with a diameter of 10 mm should be welded to the top of the switch box. 8. The component panels of the distribution box shall meet the following requirements: The component panels of the switch box should be mounted on a C-shaped frame using bolts. 9.
