The main reasons for the production of fine powder in high-tower compound fertilizers are as follows: 1. The funnel design at the bottom of the tall tower results in poor ventilation; the particles do not solidify, and their collision with the funnel causes them to break apart, which is the main reason for the formation of fine powder. 3. Due to the effects of centrifugal force and gravity, the nutrients in compound fertilizer particles are not uniformly distributed; the relative content of nitrogen and potassium in the fine powder is high (depending on the formula).
