Everyone, please share the methanol costs of your respective factories, and please also provide information on the region as well as the supply situation of raw materials and auxiliary materials!
For example: Geographic location: East China; Raw coal: Purchased Shenfu coal; Methanol synthesis gas source: Gasification; Operating time: 3 years; Cost per ton of methanol: 2500
Geographical location: East China. Raw materials: purchased externally. Methanol synthesis gas source: coal gasification. Operating time: 1 year. Cost per ton of methanol: 2600
Geographical location: Inner Mongolia. Methanol synthesis gas source: natural gas. Operating time: 3 years. Cost per ton of methanol: 2450

Cost per ton of methanol: 1500 (this is just an estimate; it does not include the costs of water, electricity, and equipment maintenance). It can be said to be a low cost! In fact, when transporting it to the mainland for purchase, the cost per ton, including shipping fees and the costs in the mainland, is roughly the same; therefore, efforts are being made to develop our own downstream products

The operating cost for producing methanol from coke oven gas is around 400 million yuan, and this figure applies to an annual production volume of 200,000 tons; after the plant starts operating, the cost per ton will be around 1,500 yuan!
We produce methanol from coke oven gas and converter gas; according to the design, the cost is only 1,250 yuan per ton.
