When purging a synthesis system (including the synthesis framework, syngas compressors, and ammonia compressors), which components must have short circuits installed? How much planning is required for gaskets, valves, temporary pipes, etc.?
Reply to 1# 90423042: During purging, all control valves and flow meters should have their splices removed; flanges located in front of the valves as well as those in front of the equipment should be fitted with shields to prevent weld beads and debris inside the pipes from damaging the valve seals or entering the equipment during purging. The gaskets should be determined based on the actual conditions at the site; since they are consumable parts, a certain amount of spares can be prepared depending on the model.
