Personal opinion: I’ve been working in the design of pressure vessels for several years now. Each piece of equipment requires individual consideration (but, of course, always with the premise that the equipment must operate normally) ； Atmospheric pressure vessels: It’s difficult to determine the requirements for such equipment; one can only rely on past design experiences and take into account the strength of the equipment as a whole, with no fixed rules ； Ordinary pressure vessels (GB150 pressure vessels): they have low pressure, contain movable spaces, and are not very rigid ； Pressure vessels of categories 1, 2, and 3 can explode easily when under pressure; it’s extremely dangerous ； Every single word must have theoretical support! I have no experience with ultra-high pressure and analytical design equipment! !

Since I just graduated this year, I’m not very familiar with this industry. However, I think these devices are all custom-made; the requirements for each individual device or each batch of devices vary, so different treatments are necessary for different devices. As for device design, back in school I had to do all the calculations by hand, and I had to search online for formulas and standards. Now, at the company, software is used for such tasks, so it’s not feasible to spend a long time calculating the parameters of a single device – it’s too inefficient. I just started working at the company this year and am still in the *learning phase
