Is there some water vapor at 140℃? When we do it, we do it according to the pressure pipeline.
What does non-toxic and harmless excluding vapors and gases mean? Are compressed air pipelines pressure pipelines? Why is gauge pressure greater than atmospheric pressure? ? There seems to be no essential difference between gauge pressure 0.001 MPa and 0.1 MPa.
Pressure pipelines refer to tubular equipment used to transport gas or liquid under a certain pressure. Its scope is specified as a pipeline with a maximum working pressure greater than or equal to 0.1MPa (gauge pressure), a medium that is gas, liquefied gas, steam or a liquid that is flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, a maximum operating temperature higher than or equal to the standard boiling point, and a nominal diameter greater than or equal to 50mm. Except for pipes with a nominal diameter less than 150mm and a maximum working pressure less than 1.6MPa (gauge pressure) that transport non-toxic, non-flammable, non-corrosive gases and pipes belonging to the equipment body. The working pressure is 2.3 MPa, the working temperature is 140°C, and the pipe diameter is DN65. These three items all meet the defined requirements.
If the pressure is 1.8 MPa, steam is transported, and the pipe diameter is DN125?

Of course, the lower the gauge pressure value, the greater the coverage (which can easily lead to management waste). The larger the gauge pressure value, the smaller the coverage (risk increases), and the economic value!
