Purchase requirements: 1. This bidding is based on a fixed unit price; a provisional total amount is set, with settlement to be made according to the actual cost. Under the reverse bidding method, when submitting bids, suppliers must specify the unit price and total price, as well as the detailed configuration parameters of the product. The bid must cover all possible costs incurred before the product is delivered to the purchaser, including those related to manufacturing, transportation, loading and unloading, after-sales service, profits, taxes, and other such expenses; no additional fees will be charged to the supplier once the winning bidder is determined. Price requirements: The quoted price above represents the final cost upon delivery to the project site, and a 13% value-added tax invoice covering all costs including packaging, transportation, insurance, etc., shall be provided. The validity period of the quote shall not be later than 90 days. 5. Quality standards or requirements: Ensure that the goods undergo rigorous testing prior to being loaded and shipped, so that their quality, technical parameters, and performance meet the requirements specified in the contract; the product quality, specifications, and technical requirements shall conform to the **standards for such products. 6. Warranty period: Two years after the overall completion and handover of the project (see contract terms for details). 7. Principle for determining a successful deal: equal quality and service, along with the best price. Main qualification requirements for suppliers: 1. The supplier must have at least one record of selling products with similar or identical technical capabilities to those being purchased, over the past 3 years. 2. Joint bids are not accepted for this procurement. Procurement method: Reverse bidding will be used for this occasion. Timeline: 1.
