As can be seen from the image, do the defects inside the pipe consist of surface cracks or delamination?
It’s only visible with a local view; otherwise it’s hard to tell. Waiting for the original poster to share it
If the pipe is a seam pipe, it may be due to manufacturing defects.
In the case of seamless pipes, during rolling the tube billet cracks, and problems arise in the finished product; this is due to issues with the raw material (many cracks and impurities)
Looking at the picture, there are cracks as well as delamination!
All of these feelings are present; with such quality, it can only be used barely satisfactorily in atmospheric auxiliary systems.
From the photos, it seems both are present. It is necessary to measure the crack depth; based on the operating conditions of the equipment, subsequent actions should be determined, with replacement being the preferred option.
