The electric ball valve won’t open when tightened, and leaks when loosened – how to fix it!
The packing is probably damaged; try replacing it. If nothing else works, please ask the manufacturer to handle it, as this is a professional matter after all
Normally, it is a problem with the valve stem sealing material; it is recommended to replace the valve stem sealing packing
There is another method, though it may not be suitable; you can try increasing the output torque of the electric actuator accordingly. This isn’t the best approach, but it can be tried! If there are any manufacturers available, it’s advisable to consult them before making adjustments.
It’s unclear whether it’s a leak at the clamped surfaces, a flange leak, or a packing leak – more details are needed to determine this. The inability to move may be due to an overly tight seal at the valve seat, overly tight packing, or issues with the force exerted by the actuator

Thicken the gasket on the clamped side by 0.5mm
If conditions permit, try removing it, cleaning it thoroughly, and then using a thicker gasket.
