How are fluorinated lining valves generally made? Is there a caliber limit? Can both gate cutoff and other functions be done? Generally, what is the price ratio of fluorine-lined valves with the same diameter and weight class compared to 316 valves (or those made of ALLOY 20)? @The valve is clearly there
Gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, check valves, plug valves, butterfly valves, safety valves, control valves, and so on can all be lined with fluoropolymer; their price is lower than that of 316 and other specialty metal valves. Fluorine-lined butterfly valves can reach DN1600, while fluorine-lined gate valves are available in DN600; the sizes of other valve types are smaller.

Due to different manufacturing processes, there are some differences in thickness – around 3 millimeters. There’s no need to specify the thickness of the lining separately.
