Regarding flanges and fittings with low sulfur and phosphorus content, many of the quotes currently refer to NACE ISO MR0175 as the standard. I don’t have enough knowledge to understand this standard; what are the specific sulfur and phosphorus content limits for HIC and H2S? There are also manufacturers in the market who dare to do this, but we have never dared to get involved in this area. Could someone please explain it to us? Thank you!

There is a specific chapter within it that specifies the sulfur and phosphorus content limits for carbon steel and low-alloy steel. I don’t have the book with me right now, so I can’t check it
I checked online; S<0.003%, P<0.010%, Ni<0.10%. I’m not sure if this is correct – the standard for pipes is GB/T9948
Personally, I think that no matter what the concentration is, as long as the material used meets the requirements, it’s fine.
In other words, it means stricter requirements for the content of antimony and phosphorus in the material
