Is the coefficient of this type of steel pipe the same as that of straight-seam steel pipes? I would appreciate some guidance from experts, thank you!
GB/T 20801 applies to pipelines used in industrial applications, including various types of welded and seamless pipes. For the manufacturing of welded steel pipes, there are specific standards such as SY5037 or GB 9711, which specify requirements regarding weld coefficients.

There is no weld coefficient specified in GB/T 3091 and SY/T 5037 either!

The 2006 version of 20801 does not have spiral welds, and it is used very rarely. However, the new draft for feedback has already included the helical seam of 5037. Additionally, one can refer to sh3059 or asme 31.3; both standards cover spiral welds, and it can be seen that the welding coefficient for spiral welds is the same as that for straight welds.
