Generally, the bypass has the same size as the control valve, and globe valves are commonly used for bypasses. What kind of valves does everyone have?
By diameter: if the bypass diameter is large, a gate valve will also be chosen
The bypass valve of the control valve is a process valve. If a selection is needed, it is usually consistent with the pipeline valves; go to the site to see what type of valve is used upstream of the same pipeline, or ask about process gate valves or globe valves. Ball valves and plug valves are used in cases of small diameters or high operating frequencies.
Generally, globe valves are chosen as they allow flow regulation. When the diameter is relatively large, and there is no corresponding shut-off valve, other valves that can serve a regulating function should be chosen
