Each pipeline on the system diagram is labeled with codes such as 1.2.3..... And there’s nothing related to 1.2.3..... on the axonometric diagram – what does that mean? Is the 65x25Ns material not a tee, but rather a fitting installed on a DN65 pipe to connect to a DN25 pipe?

It seems there is a connection when looking at it. But today a bigger problem was discovered: the coordinate direction in the system plan does not match that on-site, and the axonometric drawings and 3D views also have a different coordinate direction compared to the system plan. And each one is different; how is construction to be carried out in such a situation? Does the designer have to create new drawings?
I think a properly designed unit wouldn’t have so many problems; I suggest you take another close look at the drawings to identify any patterns
