Please help me, experts, to explain the principle of nitrogen sealing valve. detailed.
The nitrogen sealing valve does not require external energy and uses the energy of the medium to be adjusted as the power source. A pressure stabilizing device that automatically controls the flow of media in the valve to keep the pressure behind the valve constant. (1) When the nitrogen sealing valve is closed, the piston of the main valve is in a sealed chamber. When the tank pressure is equal to or greater than the set pressure, the diaphragm is pushed upward, and the air pilot valve moves upward under the action of the spring, pressing the sealing ring on the air pilot valve tightly against the valve seat, closing the control gas inlet. At the same time, the pressure in the special valve core chamber increases and approaches the pressure of the nitrogen main pipe. This pressure is transmitted from the special valve core chamber to the main valve core chamber through the internal channel. The piston of the main valve is under the action of the nitrogen main pipe pressure. Since the gas pressure on the upper and lower parts of the main valve core is balanced, the main valve core closes the valve tightly under the action of its own weight and spring. (2) When the nitrogen sealing valve is opened, when the tank pressure is slightly lower than the set pressure, the diaphragm moves downward due to the drop in induced pressure, pushing the gas pilot valve to open. Nitrogen enters the tank through the orifice plate and the outlet of the gas pilot valve, increasing the pressure in the tank. At the same time, the pressure in the special valve core chamber of the gas pilot valve decreases, and nitrogen enters the main valve core chamber from the special valve core chamber through the internal channel. Since the piston area of the main valve core is larger than the main valve seat hole area, and has the elasticity of the spring and the weight of the main valve, when the tank pressure is slightly lower than the set point, the pressure in the special valve core chamber and the main valve core chamber is very small, the main valve remains closed, and nitrogen only enters the storage tank from the gas pilot valve.
I uploaded an instruction manual and asked the author to share the CAD drawings. Thanks
