There are many pneumatic valves in the workshop, and the PU air hoses used tend to break easily; is there anything that can replace them?
Is there one with wire? I need one that has wire
PA11 tube, heat-resistant and pressure-resistant
It can be replaced with PTFE tubing, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant
Stainless steel pipes or metal-wrapped pipes can be used
The key factor is still the operating conditions. PU pipes can only withstand temperatures of around 60–70 degrees; at slightly higher temperatures, they become soft and expand. If the solenoid valves are separate from the valves themselves, it’s necessary to use air tubes made of other materials for replacement. It’s a good idea to first consult the catalogs of FESTO/SMC for information on this. If the solenoid valves are integrated into the valves and located closely together, it’s better to use stainless steel or other types of rigid pipes to connect them to nearby components, and then run the air tubes thereafter. This approach will result in much lower maintenance costs in the long run
