Operation of the pipe force valve

A pipe force valve is installed in front of the water pump outlet valve – how do people operate it? Pump start/stop is controlled by adjusting the outlet valve; does the pressure control valve require no operation, or is it through adjusting the pressure control valve that pump start/stop is managed?
Is no one using the pipe force valve? What are the functions of the several valves in a pressure control valve?
No action is required; operate it as a normal valve
Should the pump be stopped by normally closing the outlet valve? But it took half an hour to manually close the outlet valve. Can it be turned off directly, via the pressure control valve to close automatically? If it doesn’t work, why?
