During the recent safety inspections, especially those focusing on valves that lack handwheels, I would appreciate it if everyone could help determine what type of handwheel would be suitable for these valves. Please don’t just tell me DN100 – there are many different types of handwheels available for DN100 valves. I certainly don’t want to order a new handwheel only to find that it doesn’t fit, forcing me to place another order; that would be both troublesome and time-consuming.
It’s simpler to just get one by modifying a scrapped valve.
It is safer to submit a purchase request based on the parameters on the valve body and the manufacturer.
We have not purchased valve handles; it’s better to reuse the existing ones
Find the original manufacturer, as the handwheels from different manufacturers are not identical. Otherwise, have it surveyed and customized.
You just need to provide the valve specifications and the square dimensions of the valve stem to the handwheel manufacturer
Search for “handwheel” on Alibaba, and you can find many manufacturers

For measuring the square dimension s of the handwheel, if there is a slope of 1:5, choose type B (flat valve handwheel). For valves of DN150 specification (150LB), select a handwheel with an outer diameter of D320 mm, a thickness of H30 mm, and a square dimension of S19 mm.
