I would like to ask everyone: generally, the pipelines in a tank farm are laid along the ground, but must the main pipes for emissions such as safety valve venting in a liquefied hydrocarbon tank farm be placed at a higher level than the main pipe of the plant’s flare system? If it is below the main pipe, what measures should be taken to ensure there are no liquid pockets?
