The 200 on the valve body indicates a diameter of DN200; if 600 represents Class 600, then what does 63 mean? And if 63 denotes PN63, what does 600 then represent? Expressing confusion.
CLASS is the prefix for pressure ratings of American standard valves; it is translated as rating (grade, pound rating), followed by a number, such as CLASS 150, CLASS 300, CLASS 600. CLASS600 is equivalent to the national standard PN100.
CLASS and DN: the former is the prefix for nominal pressure, while the latter is the prefix for nominal diameter.

There is no doubt that the diameter of this valve is DN200
PN63 refers to a nominal pressure of 63 kilograms
Isn’t that contradictory? The value indicated earlier is 11 MPa, while the value indicated later is 6.3 MPa.
It’s probably the design pressure and the operating pressure.
The actuation mechanism of this control valve and the valve body seem to have been assembled later; they are not original parts. The nameplate of the control valve indicates a pressure rating of Class 600, and the valve body material is SCPH21; however, the cast label on the valve body shows WC6. This is a high-temperature control valve, and the flange thickness must be greater than that of the normal-temperature PN64 grade. Additionally, we have other control valves on site; the nameplate indicates PN64, but the valve body shows 600 40 – I’m not sure what this means
Based on your description, did you end up buying a refurbished valve?
It is indeed a second-hand valve :); I’m borrowing it temporarily.
