The gas pipeline and the upper platform are secured using hangers; a feeding screw is placed on the upper platform, and this device generates vibrations, which can be clearly felt by touching the gas pipeline. In this case, could vibrations in the natural gas pipeline cause the bolts at the pipeline connections to loosen, resulting in a natural gas leak? Even heat generated by bolt friction, or excessively high ambient temperatures, can exceed the auto-ignition point of natural gas. Secondly, there are no natural gas storage tanks in the workshop; natural gas is only transported through pipes. Therefore, is this a potential hazard, and is renovation necessary? For safety, lower the pipeline
I’m not very familiar with it. From a safety perspective, if there are doubts, it’s best to make changes. For a gas pipeline, such a large manual valve – and the handwheel isn’t removable?
Option 1: Separate the two and provide separate support for the gas pipeline. Option 2: Make no changes, but include the inspection of gas pipelines as part of the routine production inspections in each shift.
