Confusion in choosing the metric series for welded steel pipes

2. The wall thickness and outer diameter specifications in GB/T3091 refer to GB/T21835; however, the outer diameters for Series 2 and Series 3 in GB/T21835 differ significantly from those of metric pipes. For example, the outer diameters of metric pipes with DN350, DN400, and DN450 are not specified in Series 1–3 at all. So, are such pipes available on the market? Or can we directly use pipes with numbers 377, 325, and 426?
I also get really stuck on this part sometimes~~~ The standards set by the design institute are such that some factories have never used them before, which is frustrating~~~
