Overpressure during pipeline testing has many impacts

The test pressure for the piping system should be 1.2 MPa; however, 6.8 MPa was actually used on site. Will there be any impact on these pipelines after the pressure testing? Are there any criteria for evaluation? Thank you
Just do the calculation – find the weakest pipeline/fitting material and check its capacity to bear stress; if it can’t handle it, then the pipeline/fitting will crack!
An operating pressure higher than the test pressure is unsafe; it is not acceptable.
