The customer asked about it; we checked several suppliers but were unable to find a product with these specifications: DN65 diameter, intended for use on dampers with PN2.5 pressure rating, and the maximum pressure the damper can handle is 16 KPa
I asked our technical team; for air, a check valve with a spring is required, and butterfly check valves are commonly used. For example, the H76X wafer-type double-disc check valve might meet your requirements, but air as a medium cannot guarantee zero leakage. This type of soft-sealed check valve has another drawback: its temperature resistance is only up to 80 degrees, so it cannot withstand high temperatures.
Can a spring check valve be that large? Previously, I helped a client purchase several units of oxygen, nitrogen, and argon; the maximum size for those units was one and a half inches
