The gasket is described as: 0Cr18Ni9 + flexible graphite metal corrugated composite gasket, FOR SH3406 GB/T19066 PN5.0 RF, with inner and outer rings. In standard B/T19066, there are only two types: the basic type and the type with a positioning ring. What do these inner and outer rings mean? I’ve also seen descriptions of gaskets with an outer ring; I don’t understand this. Could anyone with expertise give me some guidance?!
How to understand the inner and outer rings: A gasket has both an inner ring and an outer ring; ‘with outer ring’: it only has the outer ring, no inner ring. A literal understanding will suffice.
