Is this fiberglass reinforced plastic flange RF or FF? Can it be connected to the valve’s RF flange?

As shown in the figure, is it feasible to connect this fiberglass pipe to the metal valve RF flange? Thank you! The image shows a 10-inch size conforming to the ANSI B16.5 CL150 standard, with the fiberglass reinforced plastic having openings made in accordance with the ASME B16.5 standard.
It seems to be the RF side, with a protrusion. It’s not a matter of selection; when it comes to connection alone, it can be connected directly. It is recommended to use non-metallic flat gaskets. Additionally, washers should be placed on the nuts on the side of the fiberglass-reinforced plastic flange to prevent excessive force being applied by the bolts.

If the pressure rating, diameter, and standard are the same, they can be connected. The fiberglass reinforced plastic flange in the diagram is of type RF.
