Discussion on the degreasing of oxygen pipelines

Pure oxygen pipelines need to be degreased, but do the pipelines for the gasifying agent (steam + oxygen) also need to be degreased? The actual procedure is to first introduce steam, and then oxygen.
Aren’t these pipes purged with steam? Can steam purging achieve the purpose of degreasing?
The procedure involves first introducing steam and then oxygen. Degreasing is necessary; there is at least a requirement for degreasing, and it cannot be skipped just because steam is used for purging
Does the poster mean to perform steam purging first, and then introduce oxygen and steam simultaneously? Do we still need to consider degreasing in this case? Is it still dangerous if the steam content is high?
