I have a question for everyone; it’s basically described in the image below. See the picture. It’s mainly to facilitate support and to enable better arrangement of the pipes in space. I’d like to make pipe section 3 a vertical pipe; please advise those with experience~~ Thank you all.
Add an eccentric short circuit, or, to save trouble, apply some repair adhesive to the flange surface to thicken it and then grind it into a flat surface – but this certainly does not meet the specifications.
Do you mean to specially machine an eccentric short adapter? There’s probably no standard part for this, right? In this engineering scenario, shouldn’t pipe section 3 also be vertical?
Grind the flange, or use a gasket with varying thickness; otherwise, an custom-made pipe fitting can be used as a transition. Another option is to add short pipes on the side and then extend vertically upward
We discussed it and felt that it is feasible to add fitting 4 as mentioned; that is, fitting 4 would be bent on site, with a bending radius of 20D indicated in the drawings. We’re not sure whether pipes with a slightly larger diameter can be bent in this way.

I think the plan for the 4th floor is less hassle compared to yours

This plan is quite good. What size are the branch pipes? There should be no problem with the pipe heating

HG/T20538-2016 includes an adjustment block; it is sufficient to machine one side of the adjustment block into an inclined surface.
