Has the use of forklifts in the pump room been considered?

Dear sea friends, I would like to ask some questions regarding the maintenance of pumps: 1. For SH3011-5.9.11, it is stated that \"when the pump is installed indoors, the clear distance between two rows of pumps should not be less than 2 meters\", but nothing is mentioned regarding height； 2. SH3011-5.9.9 states that: \"When the pump is located below or outside the pipe rack, the net width and net height of the passage in the pump area shall meet the requirements of 7.1.5\", meaning a minimum net width of 2 m and a net height of 3.2 m; this is likely to take the passage of forklifts into consideration 3. Then, may I ask: 1) When maintaining the pumps in the pump room, is it not taken into account that forklifts might be used? What is the reason? 2) If forklifts are taken into consideration, the height and width of the maintenance access on the pump motor side must also be in accordance with 7.1.5 ； Also, must the height of the pump house door be higher than 3.2m?
My question is why there are no height requirements in the pump room – is it because forklifts are not taken into consideration? If outdoor areas are taken into consideration, indoor areas should even more so. Then, if we consider this, should the setting of the channels also be based on outdoor considerations? Do the door dimensions also need to be based on this?
The setup of that passage should also be determined based on the outdoor height, right? Meanwhile, the height of the pump room door should also be set at 3.2m? But I noticed that the doors of the pump rooms on site are mostly just over 2 meters tall
