Questions regarding the properties of the media in pressure pipelines

May I ask, in the pipeline characteristic table for pressure pipeline design, is it necessary to specify the medium clearly, or can only the chemical name be entered? Are there any clear standards or specifications?
We will clearly write down the name, phase state, and medium properties (toxic/corrosive/flammable):P
I want to know whether there are any regulations or standards that set clear requirements for filling out the media information in the characteristic table
I’ve never heard of any regulations specifying this; the key is still to ensure it’s easy to understand and use
