The opening and closing of the valve are achieved by exciting or de-excing the coil. Function 1: Normally open – the valve closes during power outages and opens when power is supplied. 2 The normally closed valve opens during a power outage, while the normally open valve closes when power is supplied. Forged from brass, the coil cover is extremely important for solenoid valves. Because the usage environments, such as outdoors or on ships, are different. The mass flow rate with a (Cv value of 12.6) can also be obtained on a small scale. Installation direction is free (360°). Electrical connection of the two-position two-way solenoid valve: The solenoid coil uses DIN connectors. This connection includes terminal blocks, facilitating connection as well as simple connection/disconnection: simply unscrew the DIN connector and pull out the valve line (without having to disconnect the wires from the terminals). Coils have no polarity, which means it doesn’t matter whether the positive or negative side is connected. We strongly recommend using DIN connectors with grounding terminals to avoid electric shock when touching the valve. Power specifications: AC: 100V50/60Hz, 200V50Hz, 220V60Hz continuously; DC: 24V, 100V, 110V. Features: It can operate normally under vacuum, negative pressure, and zero pressure conditions, but the diameter generally does not exceed 25mm. Operation of a 2/2 two-way solenoid valve when powered: Normally closed: When the coil is energized, the pilot spool is attracted, the pilot hole opens, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is relieved, and the piston is pushed by the pressure of the medium in the lower chamber, causing the solenoid valve to open ; When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve spool returns to its original position due to the spring, the pilot hole closes, and the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the throttle hole in the piston as well as the force exerted by the return spring, causing the solenoid valve to close. Normally open: When the coil is energized, the pilot hole closes; the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston throttle hole and the force of the return spring, causing the solenoid valve to close. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot spool returns to its position due to the spring, the pilot hole opens, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is released, and the piston is pushed by the pressure of the fluid in the lower chamber, causing the solenoid valve to open. Pilot-operated design; the valve spools are all made of stainless steel pistons, so the piston rings are not blocked by impurities in the medium. It features high dynamic sealing performance and a long service life ; There is no direct friction between the piston and the metal valve chamber, and there are no restrictions on the installation direction of the valve body ; Autocratic coil, not prone to burning out ; When restarting after a long period of inactivity, the operation remains just as responsive ; Leakage amount: zero ; Its service life exceeds 1 million cycles. http://cdn045.yun-img.com/static/upload/dsc86/news/20170420204626_95248.gifhttp://www.dsc86.com
