The Rotok actuator stopped at 4%, the control room indicated abnormal valve behavior; a 250-ball valve was used, and the same electrical issues persisted on site. After manually opening the valve, operating it via remote or local electric control restored normal conditions. The valve was closed, and the same problem occurred when it was opened again the next day. Please ask an expert to help resolve this issue; thank you!

1. Does “the Rotok actuator stops after being set to 4%” occur under automatic control? 2. Was “the same problem occurred again the next day” under controlled conditions?
Check the manual for the reasons behind the fault code alarms, or see if the maximum torque has been recorded; it might be a torque protection issue

It might be due to over-torque protection; perhaps the torque on the valve is too high. You can try increasing the torque percentage of the actuator
