Should steam pipelines use GB/T 3087 or GB/T 8163?

There is a steam pipeline with a design pressure of 2.0 Mpag and a design temperature of 260°C. According to the requirements of clause 5.2.4 of standard GB50764, when the pressure exceeds 1.6 Mpag, the 3087 standard should be applied. In my opinion, this pipeline is located within a chemical processing plant and should be classified as GC2; it does not belong to the category of power pipelines, so the 8163 standard can be used. What are everyone’s thoughts? Let’s discuss it.
8163 will do; if it’s a pipeline in the power plant, then 3087 is required. This pipeline belongs to the GC category of industrial pipelines, so 8163 is sufficient.
