For transporting nitrogen, is it required that this valve possess functions of pressure reduction, flow stabilization, and check valve operation? Control the pressure at 2~3 bar, and the gas flow rate at 50 Nl/h~60 Nl/h {:2_41:}
If it is not possible to have all the above functions at the same time, other alternatives can be recommended, but the above functions must still be achieved
A normal regulating valve will suffice for this.
Is there a standard product like this? Can it have an alarm function?
Find a manufacturer of control valves, fill out a selection form, and everything will be taken care of. Alarm settings can be done in DCS
Reducing pressure and stabilizing flow are minor tasks, but to prevent backflow, an additional check valve is usually required. The solution that meets your needs should be a regular control valve plus a check valve
Based on your description, it seems to be a function for filling storage tanks with nitrogen; if the pressure can be kept within the 2–3 bar range, then a combination of a self-acting valve and a check valve could even be considered
It is difficult for a single valve to perform all of the above functions; at least two valves are required, one check valve and one control valve. If an alarm is needed, it is preferable to use a pneumatic (or electric) control valve that can trigger an alarm in the main control device.
For gases, a V-type control valve is the best choice!
