I’d like to ask everyone: what is this hole called and what is its function? A threaded hole on the flange
The positioning of mounting flanges and butt flanges is usually provided for larger flanges!
It’s obviously the leak detection hole on the gasket flange. . . .
The holes on the side of the flange are for finding defects, while those on the front side of the flange are for positioning!
How thick is it usually? How come ours was missed? What’s going on?
Oh no! How should I put it? When there’s a leak in the weld, fluid will flow out through this hole.
