What is used to clean the designed steam pipes? Water or vapor. GB50235 9.1.2 requires the use of steam

For steam pipelines where high cleanliness standards are required, water vapor is also used for blasting; the requirement is to achieve the designed flow rate (the flow rate increases as pressure decreases, so a steam flow rate as high as the designed value is not necessary). Additionally, there are requirements regarding the speed at which the pipes are heated, as well as the use of temperature-controlled stripping (steam is obviously the better choice for this purpose), and requirements concerning tapping on the welds from the outside.
Use steam for cleaning; gradually increase the flow rate once the temperature of the pipeline has adjusted. A silencer should be installed downstream, otherwise it will be very noisy
In practice, we first use compressed air for purging to blow out the larger particles of dirt； Then clean it with steam.
