Wear of the worm in the gearbox of the D943H-10C electric butterfly valve

In my factory, the worms of many D943H-10C electric butterfly valves with DN-700 turbine boxes wear out frequently. When the cover is opened, it can be seen that the worms have been worn down as if they had been machined; once a layer of material is worn off, they can no longer engage with the teeth and the valves cannot be opened. Is this caused by excessive torque on the valves? Do I need to replace the valve? A new turbine housing was installed, but it started to wear out again after just a few days.
Maybe the turbine head is too small. Consult the valve manufacturer regarding the torque requirement, and select a turbine head that can meet this torque. Also, it’s not acceptable if the gear in the turbine head isn’t properly hardened

Is the routine maintenance done properly? Regular greasing for lubrication
