The valve flange is leaking; the medium is condensed steam, and the leakage amount is very small, just a dripping sound. After removing the valve flange, the flange itself was fine. As for the gasket, it looks like there is a problem with its sealing surface – is that the case? Everyone, take a look and give points
There are cracks in the sealing area; clean the sealing ring
Clean it thoroughly and check carefully; if there are no problems, reinstall it. Reheat after draining the condensate water and tighten it again
If the black part in the middle of the gasket (the graphite wrap) does not contain longitudinal scratches that affect sealing, there should be no major problem. If it’s not certain, try a different gasket.
The graphite seals at the gaskets have been compressed, which has reduced their sealing efficiency; it is best to replace the gaskets. If there is no suitable gasket available for replacement, the gasket can be wrapped with PTFE tape once, which also provides an excellent sealing effect.
There should be no problem, but to restore it, it needs to be replaced and then heat-tightened.
There are scratches along the length of the gasket seal, which may cause minor leakage. Also, check whether there are any scratches on the flange sealing surface; if the sealing surface is fine, replacing the gasket should solve the problem

In the left image, looking at the gasket in the 9 o’clock direction, one can see indentations that are not concentric. The flange sealing surface in that direction needs to be inspected and treated, and the gasket must be replaced.

Graphite gaskets can only be installed once; the graphite has already been compressed, and leaks will occur even if maintenance work is carried out on them
