During pressure testing, the pressure should be increased slowly to the test pressure, and close attention should be paid to the condition of all parts of the pipeline. If any problems are detected, repairs should be carried out after reducing the pressure; repairs while under pressure are prohibited. Re-perform pressure testing after the defect is eliminated. 7. When conducting pressure tests, a no-entry zone should be established; unauthorized personnel must not enter to prevent injuries. 8. For highly toxic pipelines and pipelines with a design pressure of P≥10 Mpa, all relevant documents must be reviewed by the design unit in accordance with the specifications before conducting the pressure test, to ensure accuracy. 9. The pressure testing plan has been approved, and technical instructions have been provided. 10.
