≤Can a DN50 valve in flange form be connected directly? The book states that the bolts cannot be inserted, so it cannot be installed. Seeking advice~
Take a look at the valve manufacturer’s specifications and the nut dimensions; such a possibility exists.
It is generally not possible to do this, as the distance between the valve cover of the small valve and the flange is too small, making it impossible to pull out the bolt completely. Therefore, it is not feasible to connect one small valve to another; once connected, the bolts in between cannot be removed, and a steel saw must be used to cut them off； I mean, under normal circumstances
Connecting two valves is very simple; when the drain valve that we commonly use on site leaks, we usually just connect another one in series. There are ones ranging from 15 to 40
This mainly depends on the type of valve; some valves (such as gate valves) can be connected directly, but others have an irregular valve body shape, so they cannot be connected directly. For reference :)
It depends on the specific valve size; it seems that with valves like globe valves, the bolts used for direct mounting are prone to getting damaged.
