Thickness requirements for Y-type filter gland caps

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop The gland of the Y-type filter used in our company has cracked during use. I’m trying to find out the thickness required for such filters – but where can I find this information? What standard specifies it?
You need to look at what standards were used in the design before you can produce it according to those standards. The standard for Y-type filters that I am aware of exists only in the SH/T3411 standard. Do you mean the filter gland as the flange cover at the port where the filter screen is removed? This is generally a standard flange cover; it depends on the pressure rating of the filter you choose. If the design is correct, it shouldn’t burst, as filters are required to undergo a hydrostatic test at 1.5 times the working pressure before leaving the factory. You can send over the pressure rating and design conditions of your filter to see if there are any issues with the selection
It’s not a chemical pipeline either; it’s used for central air conditioning, with a pressure of 1.6 megapascals. The temperature is that of hot water, so around 100 degrees Celsius
