Seek valves suitable for top feed and sealing

Feed inlet at the top of the tank, with a diameter of DN200; the liquid level inside the tank is about one meter above the tank opening. The steam temperature is 300°, and the pressure is 3 kilograms; zero leakage is required (Note: this valve opens to connect with the atmosphere). Originally, a pneumatic hard-sealed ball valve was chosen for this application, but since the material changes from liquid to gel-like state after cooling, this leads to wear of the sealing surfaces. Could someone please advise on what type of valve would be more suitable for such conditions?
A fixed hard-sealed ball valve will suffice, provided it is of good quality. As long as the material is not highly abrasive, a conventional hardened fixed hard-seal ball valve will suffice.

Choose a ball valve with an eccentric hemisphere and a V-shaped port
A V-type ball valve can also be used, with its sealing surface being hardened. The V-shaped cutters can slice through gel-like materials, so generally there should be no problem.
