Questions regarding thermodynamic disc-type steam traps

Dear experts: The thermodynamic disc-type traps in use on site activate every 3/4 seconds, but instead of discharging water, they discharge steam; it is only after several such activations that water is discharged. What could be the reason for this? (The manufacturer says it’s because there is less condensate), thank you all.
In disc-type valves, water vapor is generally discharged together; this situation may occur because there isn’t enough condensate on your end. It’s possible that this type of valve isn’t suitable for use in such cases~
The movement is too sensitive: lol. Let’s see if a “U”-shaped bend can be added in front, or if there are adjustment screws available. Look for the relevant instructions.

I added weights to the valve disc, and that helped a bit; it’s possible that the water volume isn’t sufficient, which is causing the valve to not function properly.
