Ball valve in assembly – part images. Interested in learning more?
What is that red layer in the middle? Do you know?
I’ve never seen this type before; what material is it made of?
The red color indicates anti-rust paint. After the valve components are cleaned, there is still about 1 to 2 weeks before assembly; if no paint is applied, they will rust. I just checked with the valve manufacturer, and the valves are assembled with that red paint already on them
First time seeing it; quite good, learned something from it
